From the moment I walked in, Jen and the office staff made the whole process seamless and stress-free. Paul's knowledge and passion for what he sells is evident from the first conversation — he took the time to truly understand my family's needs, including the fact that my two sons with special needs rely on their hot tub as an important part of their daily lives. He never made me feel rushed, and his genuine care and understanding meant the world to me. Paul and his installation team were absolutely outstanding. They removed my old tub, installed the new Bellagio Spa perfectly, and left everything spotless — not a scrap left behind. Professional, efficient, and respectful of my home from start to finish. So happy with our plug and play. Purchased it on Wednesday and it was delivered on Friday as we had a big party on the Saturday and they made sure they would get it to us! We have purchased a hot tub elsewhere before and it was ridiculous how long it took to land on our property and all the delivery fees and red tape and they ghosted us and didn't honour our warranty when a repair was needed. This place was more affordable for a brand new Bellagio luxury tub and WAY better personalized service, and friendly and reliable. Would truly never ever shop anywhere else for a tub. We bought a new one, but we also explored the refurbished ones and they do a great job testing and repairing them before selling them. Amazing spot all around for new or used tubs! We purchased a Beliagio Leon hot tub from Hottub Heaven in Kingston and the entire experience was fantastic.  Paul Smith was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Delivery was handled efficiently and professionally.   Paul also  took his time explaining all the features of the hot tub and the cleaning of the filters. Paul & his team were fast, friendly, efficient safe during our hottub removal. So happy to have purchased a new hottub from Hottub Heaven! The old tub will be refurbished so that it won’t be added to the landfill. The Durashield hard top cover on our new Strong Spa should never have to be replaced! We are really pleased with our hot tub. The whole experience, from start to finish was wonderful. Paul took a lot of time to answer questions and explain all details, so we could make the decision on which hot tub was right for us. He communicated regularly and the hot tub was delivered on time. Just wanted to say to Paul and his team at Hot Tub Heaven that we absolutely LOVE our new Bellagio Spa.  Bought it in December and it was delivered and set up in a snowstorm. ( Sorry Paul).
