INITIAL CLEANING & INSPECTION
We start with a comprehensive cleaning of the hot tub. This step is crucial for removing any surface dirt and debris, allowing us to conduct a detailed inspection. We fill the tub and check for leaks, ensuring that all components are sealed and functioning properly.

PERFORMANCE TESTING
Once filled, we bring the hot tub up to temperature with the pumps running continuously for 24 hours. This testing phase is essential to identify any issues with heating or water circulation and ensures that the tub maintains its temperature effectively.

COMPONENT REBUILDING
After the initial testing, we drain the hot tub and perform a second cleaning. Our technicians then pull and rebuild the pumps and we install a new heater to guarantee optimal performance.

FINAL ASSEMBLY & SANITATION
With the new components in place, we refill and run the hot tub to verify everything works smoothly. We then perform a thorough sanitation process, treating each tub with three separate sanitizing cycles to ensure the water is clean and safe for use.

CABINETRY REFINISHING
In addition to the functional aspects, we complete all necessary cabinet work. This includes refinishing or replacing panels to ensure the hot tub looks as good as it operates.

What makes and models do you carry?
Most of our inventory comes to us from trade-ins. Plus, we have contracts with transport companies from all across Ontario and they work for many of the hot tub manufacturers. But, before we commit to any shipment, we select only the makes and models we know to be reputable, reliable and serviceable. WE DON’T BUY JUNK.
I can buy a used tub off someone I contacted on Facebook or Kijiji. For less. Why would I buy from you?
Absolutely. And, as long as you’re aware, it’s usually a ‘buyer beware’ type of transaction. But, not with us. We inspect, repair, replace parts, and sanitize all our tubs. AND provide a 6 month warranty. Probably not something you’ll get from ‘MIKE123@#ABC’ who you found on-line.
Tell me more about your warranty.
Since we always rebuild the pumps and replace the heater element during diagnosis we are confident your new refurbished hot tub works just like it’s supposed to. When necessary we replace broken jets, control panels, broken pipes and wiring. We do whatever it takes to deliver a high quality, refurbished hot tub worthy of our 6 months parts and labour warranty. This is our guarantee to you.
How do I know the hot tub I’m buying from you is good quality?
Great question. First, do your own research. Explore the many sites that offer their opinion on hot tub manufacturers. How long have they been building hot tubs? Queries like that. Next, do more research. Ask friends, neighbours, co-workers. Consider what they say about parts availability, features, etc. Finally, you want to feel comfortable with the collective opinions and experiences about a few makers of hot tubs – not necessarily the specific model or the local company that sold it. That’s how we buy our inventory!
How do I get my new hot tub home?
HOTTUB HEAVEN includes delivery and backyard placement in our pricing. This is true for almost every address – conditional it’s within our delivery area. But, occasionally there’s complicated terrain or safety concerns, maybe even distance is the concern; that’s when we need to have that discussion before we deliver.
Do you help with removal of my old hot tub – even if it’s broken?
We can do that. Usually at no extra charge. When you’re at the store just let us know the details and we can take it from there. Again, 9 out of 10 times there’s no extra charge for removal.
Do you offer financing?
HOTTUB HEAVEN is partnered with Financeit. This makes purchasing a new or refurbished hot tub or swim spa easy. Plus, all locations process major credit cards, debit cards, accept e-transfers and cash. We occasionally accept cheques. See individual store for details.
Do you also sell swim spas?
Yes we do. Both new and refurbished. Our Welland location is a dealer for new Dominion Spas and Strong Spas. Our Kingston store sells new Bellagio Spas and Strong Spas. Often we get trade-in’s and we adhere to the exact refurbishing process as for a hot tub. Call the store and ask about availability.
